It looks like your order was actually for our creamed honey rather than the 1 Gallon Raw Honey pictured here. Creamed honey is made by controlling the natural crystallization of honey to create a smooth, spreadable texture. Some of our flavored creamed honeys do contain the ingredients listed on their labels.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this, but it’s better than I could’ve imagined! The consistency and flavor of it is amazing. I’ve had it on toast and fruit, and am excited to try it as many ways as possible. 10/10 will buy again and try the other flavors as well.
